Idleplex is an Idle Game made in Adobe Flash by Kongregate and Jmtb02 that was published in 2014. It has six minigames (four standard ones and two special ones) with many copies of them running at once, all of which feature goats. Once you have enough money, you can upgrade the minigames, making more stuff happen in them and produce even more money. Eventually, it's possible to make tons of money per second and there's an absurd amount of things on-screen (but at a lowered framerate).

This game provides examples of:

  • Autosave: The game saves every once in a while, with a "GAME SAVED" notification popping up in the top-left corner.
  • Boss Button: There's a button that lets you hide the game for a sorta-real Excel spreadsheet (it being dated as "Q3 FY 14" and having several jokey items is likely to make it somewhat unconvincing to an actual boss). That said, it can also help improve performance or just make the game less distracting if you prefer to keep the window on-screen.
  • Cap: You can only have 25 of each of the four main minigames. Adding more than that would likely make the game lag way too much.
  • Magikarp Power: Extreme Brickout provides a decent amount of money at first, but the other minigames quickly outweight its profits. That said, buying some upgrades for it will more than make up for the initial low production.
  • Shout-Out: One of the mentioned spreadsheet things is "Loss of Alderaan".
