Haunted Halloween '85 is a Homebrew Action Beat 'em Up Platform Game by Retrotainment Games.
The year is 1985, and Donny is the new kid in the town of Possum Hollow, having moved there from Johnstown. It's the Halloween season, and the Halloween Dance is coming up at school. Donny plans to ask Tami to it, the first step in his plan to ultimately hook up with her. Unfortunately, he woke up a little late, and had to rush to school to avoid getting in trouble, and running the risk of being barred from the dance.
When he reaches the school, however, the place looks like a war zone. Not knowing what happened, he investigates the school and finds it overrun with ghosts and zombies. Now he needs to fight off these horrors, get to the bottom of this, and save the town.
The game was released on October 30th, 2016. It also has a sequel, Haunted Halloween '86: The Curse Of Possum Hollow.
