Grove is a gay adult furry RPG Maker game, specifically one using the MV engine, currently being developed by RegalBuster, a.k.a. GroveDev.

After Grove, a Draconic Humanoid explorer and skilled cartographer, saved a wizard from a bandit, the dragon was thanked and rewarded with a mysterious contraption and a marked map, the latter of which is the only guide to its function. The draconic explorer grew curious over the device and decided to head towards the northern expanse, and the plot only escalates from there. This game features a good amount of background elements to its lore as well as a great deal of mystery over the strange magic that plagues the land which, considering that this is a furry game with a focus on latex, hypnosis, tentacles, slime, and general BDSM, should come to the shock of next to no one that there will be some explicit content relating to said magic. But the game does make a genuine attempt to give an engaging 1v1-style combat system, which manages to blend traditional combat with sex via Struggle and Grapple mechanics, on top of a structural narrative with notable characterization from NPCs and enemies alike. Not only that, but many enemy types have their own unique Game Over sequencesnote . Just be prepared for lots of Naughty Tentacles and other fetishes in the foreseeable future.

Grove contains examples of the following tropes:

  • All Gays are Promiscuous: The male enemies wish to get rowdy with Grove.
  • Arc Villain: the memory, the heavy slimed dragon, the bandit leader, the hollowed amalgamation, the sand cobra, the hollowed mass, the enthralled explorer, the overseer, the slug golem, and the moonlight abductor respectively.
  • Bara Genre: Let's just say it would be easier to count the number of characters who aren't totally jacked.
  • Big Beautiful Man: All male characters are handsome and are the only gender in the game, despite an NPC lizard observing that the camp does not have any females and wished for some.
  • Cast Full of Gay: The entire game, basically.
  • Did We Just Have Tea with Cthulhu?: Some characters in the game can look sinister, but ended up being friendly or at least not a threat to Grove.
    • The Bandit Leader is not a threat to Grove and only wishes for a favor. If Grove denies the offer, fighting him will be mandatory.
    • The Intruder A in the computer in the desert is too weak to be a threat.
    • The Groper Slime in the Red Slime cave is too frightened by the Armored Dragon Mimic to do anything. After fighting it off, it will be revealed that the Groper Slime only wishes to tend to his crop than to be a threat, as other Groper Slimes usually do.
  • Eating the Eye Candy:
    • If Grove travels north to save Kuno from the blue slimes, he can spot them doing some activities to each other before he decides to interrupt.
    • When Tuon enters his room from his excessive horniness, Grove can enter his room to spy on him.
      • When he enters his room with the slime suit (you first must turn in the slime suit to Wizz via Oddity).
      • When he enters his room with his recently-crafted chastity cage and the mine bat (you must complete Tuon's quest of obtaining Umerite first).
    • After saving Bosc, he tells an erotic story of how he was enthralled.
  • Emerging from the Shadows: The introduction of the Commander of the Auxillary Division.
  • Gotta Catch Them All:
    • Buying both the base and the top of the Knight Armor unlocks the complete suit of the armor, which can be equipped through the closet.
    • Bizz sells a lot of junk at an insane price. However, he also sells ingredients for something when combined.
