Daffy Duck: The Marvin Missions is a 2D action/platform game based on the Looney Tunes franchise released for the Super NES in 1993 in North America and in 1994 in Europe. A different game with the same title was later released on the Game Boy, which was released as simply Daffy Duck in Europe.

It stars Daffy Duck in his Duck Dodgers persona, travelling to a series of planets to stop Marvin the Martian from taking over the galaxy.

It is the first game to be centered around Duck Dodgers, followed by Duck Dodgers Starring Daffy Duck.

This game provides examples of:

  • Alliterative Title: Daffy Duck: The Marvin Missions.
  • Big Bad: Marvin the Martian.
  • Blob Monster: There are blob enemies that split into several smaller blobs when shot at.
  • Brainwashed and Crazy: Dr I.Q. HI is captured by Marvin and brainwashed into fighting Duck Dodgers. He pilots a giant mech in a boss battle on Planet Zeus-3.
  • The Cameo: Elmer Fudd, Yosemite Sam, Sylvester, and Wile E. Coyote all appear waiting in line for the concert on Mars. Bugs Bunny, Tweety Bird, and Road Runner can also be seen in the audience with them during the final battle with Marvin.
  • I Want My Mommy!: Daffy says "Mother!" when he loses a life.
  • Jet Pack: Dodgers can use his jet-pack to fly around at any time, although he has limited fuel that needs to be refilled by finding fuel canisters in a level or purchasing more in between missions.
  • Jungle Japes: The fourth level, "The Incredible Shrinking Duck", takes place on Planet Amazonius, a jungle planet.
  • Lethal Lava Land: The first level, "Where There's Duck, There's Fire", takes place on Planet Magma, a lava planet.
  • Logo Joke: When you start up the game, Daffy says "Whoo-hoo!" as the Sunsoft logo appears.
  • Mook Maker: Marvin throws seeds into the water throughout his boss fight on Planet Aquarion-4, which creates more and more Instant Martian enemies.
  • Recurring Boss: Marvin is fought several times throughout the game.
  • Slippy-Slidey Ice World: The third level, "Duck Dodgers on Ice", takes place on Planet Zeus-3, an icy planet with slippery slopes and platforms.
  • Spinning Newspaper: This happens every time you complete a level, with the headline relating to the story's outcome.
  • That's All, Folks!: True to the source material, this serves as the Game Over screen, regardless of whether you lose all your lives or beat the game.
  • Under the Sea: The second level, "20,000 Martians Under the Sea", takes place on Planet Aquarion-4, a majority of which is underwater.
  • Zero-Effort Boss: Marvin is defeated in one hit in the final boss fight of the Game Boy version.
