Hoho! Yes! This is it! It is time to embark on a journey! A journey filled with magic and adventure!

Alekon is a Video Game by The Alekon Company that can best be described as a clone of Pokémon Snap, with a bunch of minigames in it.

You've come to the Realm of Fiction, which is currently in a tight spot. It's overrun with Dullness, which has sapped the inhabitants of their liveliness and left them just moping around. Luckily, when you get there, you're welcomed by Japley, who gives you a Memory Lens that you can use to take pictures, which can become Creativity that you can use to bring life back to the land. So let's get creative!

The game was released on June 12th, 2021.

Alekon contains examples of:

  • Added Alliterative Appeal: The names of various worlds in the Realm of Fiction. These include...
    • Dream's Doorstep.
    • Snowdrop Slopes.
    • Well of Whimsy.
  • Autosave: This game has it, as indicated by "Saving..." showing up in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • Black Bead Eyes: Some fictions in the game have their eyes designed this way to go with the game's cutesy style.
  • Coloring in the World: Fictions in Dream's Doorstep have been rendered colourless by Dullness. To restore them, you need to take a picture of that Fiction somewhere in the Realm of Fiction, which will give it back its colour and liveliness.
  • Eye on a Stalk: Orashells, being giant crabs, have their eyes on stalks.
  • First-Person Snapshooter: Half of the game is an on-rails version of this, not unlike a certain other game.
  • Hulk Speak: Kuki Bird speaks in this fashion.
  • Minigame Zone: Dream's Doorstep, the central world where you go when you're not photographing fictions, is full of minigames that become playable when the fiction that hosts it is restored.
  • Monochrome to Color: When you take a picture of a new fiction, a similar fiction in Dream's Doorstep gets its colour, allowing you to interact with it.
  • One-Word Title: Alekon, naturally.
  • P.O.V. Cam: The game is viewed through the protagonist's eyes.
