The Peanuts Movie
As demonstrated in this clip, The Peanuts Movie, in trying to translate the Peanuts characters to CG, had the animators avoid using fully 3-D models as they couldn't match the look of Schulz's drawings, so instead they liberally used models with CheatedAngles so that everyone is accurate to the strip. The film is also largely animated on two's to match the classic TV specials, and hand-drawn effects and linework were also added onto the models.
