Oslo was made a Duke out of his combat powers. However he is undoubtedly batshit insane with his demands: preventing all forms of farming and agriculture causing the citizens of his realm to resort to Cannibalism in order to survive; and him claiming that through death the Peasantry can hope to honor their Emperor.
