Reaching Nicholas' heart

After the Care Bears and their cousins fail to reach Nicholas with their Care Bear Stares and calls because the Spirit blocked their attack, Kim and Jason show up to reach out to him. They explain that they used to be just like him and promise to be his friends, which inspires Nicholas to have a change in heart and stand up to the abusive Spirit by closing her book.
