The Deadly Jelly Baby

Realizing that there's more to the Sevateem than meets the eye, the Doctor strongarms his way into their current predicament by taking one of their men hostage and threatening to kill him with... a piece of candy. Of note is that it was originally supposed to be a knife, but Tom Baker suggested a jelly baby instead because he considered the original idea too out-of-character for the Doctor.
