Stolas

Stolas hires I.M.P. to guard him and his daughter when they have a day out, but it becomes glaringly obvious that he only hired them because he wanted Blitzo around, and also to enjoy his quality time with Octavia uninterrupted. This is cemented at the very end, where he turns an assassin to stone with a glare when he threatens his new reconciliation with Octavia.
