Oh, Laguna...

In "Final Fantasy VIII" (seen here in the HD Remastered version), if you exit the hotel after entering in the first Laguna sequence, you discover that Laguna's careless parking has caused a traffic jam throughout Deling City, complete with the continuous honking of horns.
