I've been hanging around the TV Tropes website since 2019 or so, then finally created an account in 2023. I'm a German living in Germany and sometimes answer questions related to the German language on the Writer's Block forum. The ad server, however, is not sure if it should place my location in the Czech Republic.
My current forum signature ("He betrayed the Staaarks" is not the only problem here.) is a reference to a character from the A Song of Ice and Fire book series by George R.R. Martin. I don't consider it a spoiler because there is so much betrayal in those books that someone betraying House Stark in some way isn't really narrowing it down.
Outside of Writer's Block and the A Song of Ice and Fire thread on the Literature forum, I am mostly found on the Video Games forum. I play Stardew Valley, The Sims 3, casual Nintendo games like Nintendogs + Cats and Wii Fit Plus, and have first-hand experience with some of the very old Pokémon games, mostly Johto. I want to get into the Ace Attorney and The Elder Scrolls series, but haven't played much of either of them. I sometimes comment on the topic of games that I haven't played or gaming systems that I don't own (or that don't exist) if the discussion is related to general video game trends.
As of April 2024, I have made only very minor edits on the wiki (fixing typos etc.). But I might start editing for real! Brace yourselves! *Evil Laugh*
