Go up to Hard or Lunatic if you like, if you're that desperate for a challenge. Oh, and no matter what you do, if you want to keep your sanity, DON'T GO ON THE EXTRA STAGES. People are NOT lying when they say they're hard. Even though some of my favorite Touhou characters are Extra Bosses.- Revaryk
