Trivia / Ys IV: Mask of the Sun

• What Could Have Been: Falcom originally had plans for Mask of the Sun to receive a Sega CD port. Considering the excellent hardware that in many ways was superior to the TurboGrafx-16, an Ys title would have been right at home in the console's lineup, definitely would have helped its library and may even have given Anglophone fans a shot at getting a version of IV in the 90s.
