- Acting for Two: Given many of these characters shared voices in their individual series this is in effect. Special mention to Daws Butler playing Yogi Bear, Hokey Wolf and Peter Potamus in one episode who are all talking to one another.
- Actor Allusion: Peter D Cheater is being voiced by Jesse White, who was famous as a spokesperson for Maytag. Cheater at one point even teaches the guys how to promote a phony infomercial.
- The Other Darrin: Don Messick takes over from Paul Frees and Walker Edminston as Squiddly Diddly.
- Playing Against Type: Commodore Fibber is being played by Tom Bosley. This is a rare chance to hear him play a bad guy. But who better to play a convincing fibber than the guy typecast as cool reliable father.
