• Creator's Favorite: Spider-Gwen. Not only is the writer fairly open about his favoritism towards Gwen, it really shows in the series. In her own book, she's a rookie who just barely wins against even her non-superpowered adversaries, and regularly turns to both friends and foes for help or advice. In Web Warriors, she is the character to get the most focus, her character description mentions her as being the coolest member of the team◊, makes her way through the multiverse defeating armies of Electros and Doctor Octopuses, and outsmarts even the smartest Electro. Later on, Spider-Man Noir mentions that she fights like no one he's seen before and that she doesn't need the team at all.
• What Could Have Been: Prior to its cancellation, the title was meant to a part of the Dead No More: The Clone Conspiracy storyline. Part of this can be seen with the team cameoing in one of the tie-in issues of Amazing Spider-Man.
