What Could Have Been: In the games files there was a Mogeko with a mermaid's tail which was replacing the vehicle sprites for the ship, airship, and skiff. However these vehicles aren't accessible during normal gameplay, these sprites go unused, however in -Reboot- it was reused into a sea dweller There was also a Mogeko in a Diver Suit, which possible has a role, but not much can be told, the closest would be that it would explore the sea. And a Mogeko in a life preserver, which was unused.
