• What Could Have Been:
  • He was offered a hefty pay to wrestle in All Japan Pro Wrestling after RINGS folded, but he declined the offer out of loyalty for Maeda.
  • Probably because Han's career was very short, Japanese press speculated constantly with a return to the ring when Russian Top Team started sending fighters to PRIDE. This was actually hinted as some points, but it ended up not happening, and Han became the only senior fighter of RTT who never competed in PRIDE (Kopylov and Illyukhin would do, even if briefly and unsuccessfully, while Zouev never fought at all).
  • The same happened when Han returned to spotlight in HERO'S, as other veterans from his time like Masakatsu Funaki and Kiyoshi Tamura were doing brief comebacks. To the Japanese's chagrin, Han was firmly retired.
