• Attention Deficit Creator Disorder: Carl-Michael Eide is quite a prolific figure in the Norwegian metal scene, having been a member of bands such as Aura Noir, Infernö, Ulver, Satyricon, Dødheimsgard, Cadaver, Virus and more.
  • Actually all three members of the Written in Waters lineup qualify. Skoll has been a member of Ulver and Fimbulwinter and is currently a member of Arcturus and Den Saakaldte (itself named as a pun on a Ved Buens Ende song). Vicotnik is the founding member of Dødheimsgard, has played live with Fluerety, has been a member of Code, and is currently a member of Strid and Dold Vorde Ens Navn. Vicotnik is the most prolific of the three, though.
• Short-Lived, Big Impact: Despite only releasing one album and one demo (three if you count Manes' work), they basically kickstarted both avant-garde black metal and Black Metal/Post-Rock fusions, going on to serve as clear inspiration for acts as diverse as Deathspell Omega and Deafheaven.
