• Channel Hop: While the first three films were released by Magnolia Pictures' Magnet Releasing label, this one went directly to streaming service Shudder, completely skipping a theatrical release. Likewise the film was released on Home Video by its sister company, RLJ Entertainment instead.
• What Could Have Been: David Bruckner was set to direct the wraparound and Radio Silence was going to direct a segment. Both dropped out due to commitments with the newest installments in the Hellraiser and Scream series, respectively.
