• Aluminum Christmas Trees: Viewer-Friendly Interface aside, Marcos' Electronic Diary is a real palmtop organizer, an Olivetti D1000, similar to the later model used in The 11th Hour.
• Colbert Bump: Before Retsupurae riffed on the game, barely anybody had even heard of Urban Runner. Even adventure game connoisseurs seemed to have let this fly under their radars seeing how little you can find about this game online outside of Sierra fansites, especially in English. Diabetus even mentions "the retsu-bump" near the end of the riff.
• Multi-Disc Work: The game comes on four CDs.
• No Budget: Becomes painfully obvious at parts, but for the most part, the locations they film in are either abandoned, outside, or Coktel Vision's own offices.
