  • After calling out Dipper for letting his anger towards Grunkle Stan stop him from trying to save the Mystery Shack in "Dreamscaperers", she admits at the end of her "Gideon Rises" review that she was pretty harsh towards him and does a better job reassessing his character.
  • In her review of "Weirdmageddon Part 3" she does something most Gravity Falls fans including herself were dying to see in the finale: she has Quentin Trembley return to help fight Bill.
• What Could Have Been:
  • The blog was originally planned to be a video series, but Shelf didn't have the equipment or confidence to film herself, so she turned to written reviews.
  • She was going to go into more detail about the underlying tragedy of Gurgi's self-sacrifice motivated by him thinking he's friendless, but kept it to a simple reaction.
