• Cross-Dressing Voices: Despite Touka having a male voice actor in the game, the anime opted to give him a female voice actress instead.
• The Other Darrin: The original PC game, the non-adult PlayStation port, and the anime all have different voice casts.
• Updated Re-release: The original Tōka Gettan game got a port for the PlayStation 2, with all adult content removed. Subsequently, because of this, they had to hire a new cast for the new version.
