Trivia / Touché Turtle and Dum Dum

• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Touche Turtle is the only member of the The New Hanna-Barbera Cartoon Series to not be available on DVD in its entirety ("Whale of a Tale" was included on Saturday Morning Cartoons 1960s Volume 2, and "Rapid Rabbit" was on Best of Warner Bros. 25 Cartoon Collection: Hanna-Barbera, but that's it). Good luck trying to find episodes in high quality, as the episodes that are available online are ratty Boomerang recordings.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Touché was originally going to be a rabbit named "Hairbrain Hare."
  • Michael Maltese wrote a much longer theme song than what we got, but it went unused.
