  • Schedule Slip: Normally, Tokyo Encounter airs a set of two new episodes every three months (February, May, August and November). Episodes 57 and 58 were delayed by one month, since it was recorded in early May 2018. They celebrated Daisuke Ono's 40th birthday in these episodes, which may or may not explain why they waited that long to record the episodes. However, the next set of episodes came out in October 2018 rather than in August or even September, widening the gap between the two sets up to four months. It also led to no episodes coming out in November. The series returned to its proper schedule in February 2019...for only that set of episodes, as the next set was delayed for one month.
