- Died During Production: Lord Infamous died of a heart attack in his sleep on 20th of December 2013.
- Koopsta Knicca is the second loss for the group, as he suffered a stroke and brain aneurysm almost two years later. Gangsta Boo later passed away on January 1st, 2023.
- Band of Relatives: Lord Infamous and DJ Paul are half brothers.

- Breakup Breakout: By a long shot, Juicy J has had the most success as a solo artist.
- Follow the Leader/Spiritual Successor: Crime Mob— another group consisting of inarticulate, violent guys with a side of sexy Ms. Fanservice, yelling curse words and threats at people they don't like (without the occult content though)
- What Could Have Been: UGK and Three 6 Mafia had planned to form a supergroup called Underground Mafia. Pimp C had been planning on doing an album with Project Pat as well.
