  • 3D Maze Man does not use the levels "Water 1" and "West 3".^note The levels in the game's files are numbered by their creation dates; not the order they're encountered in the main game itself. The Winter Wonderland levels could also count, as they were once intended for the original 3D Maze Man before being scrapped and reserved for Winter Wonderland.
  • 3D Munch Man II has ten unused levels (one per theme).
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Physical copies of the 3D Maze Man series are extremely rare to come by, and no official re-release barring the Cruncher Dolled-Up Installments and Webfoot's reboot 3D Frog Feast exists thanks to the series being Screwed by the Lawyers, and even then the games are quite hard to get running on modern computers.
• Screwed by the Lawyers: Two years after 3D Maze Man was first released, Hasbro stepped in and pulled the plug on eGames, who was the then-current publisher of the series, putting sales of the games to an end.
