• What Could Have Been: Duncan's small-scale model used in Series 4 and 5 was due to be used for the scene where Duncan blows his whistle at Terence. The model was midway through being refurbished to appear on camera (including having a small hole drilled near the cab for a whistle to be added) when it was decided to use the new large-scale model instead. Duncan's small-scale model wouldn't be used on-screen again and remained in its unfinished state until a private owner arranged for Jeremy King, one of the series' original model makers, to finally finish the job in 2022.
