• One-Hit Wonder: In the U.S., "Glad You Came" became a sudden hit in the spring of 2012; however, the mass hysteria surrounding rival boy band One Direction sucked almost all of their momentum dry. With no major fanbase to support them overseas, their self-titled EP flopped, and the group never reached the Hot 100's Top 40 again. As One Direction soared to heights never before reached by a British boy band and not visited since the days of the Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC, The Wanted quickly tumbled into oblivion.
