  • Blooper:
    • In the first version of the game, a Hidden Mickey was mistakenly put on the second to last slide of one of the presentations instead of the last note . Since the only slide that can be interacted with is the last one even if you cut the showcase short, the Hidden Mickey cannot be clicked on.
    • The opening slideshow for 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Submarine Voyage put the last two photos, one of them being a photo of the ride's giant squid, in the wrong order, making it a bit out of sync with Corey Burton's narration; the Second Edition swaps their positions so that the giant squid is last, putting it in line with Burton's narration.
    • A few of the title fields for some of the topics, such as Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin (the latter seen in the Video Examples) accidentally use the wrong area background.
  • Dummied Out: Coming Attractions, The Walt Disney Story Theater, and Mickey and Minnie's Country Houses were disabled and removed from the Second Edition (with Coming Attractions removed from the main map entirely), although Corey Burton re-recorded the dialogue for the Country Houses for the Backstage slideshow of Mickey's Toontown Fair. Additionally, Tropical Serenade was replaced by The Enchanted Tiki Room (more specifically, the Under New Management version), and Take Flight was replaced by Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.
  • Keep Circulating the Tapes: The many changes to the resort since the application's release, the downfall of the CD-ROM format, and the later rise of the Internet and Web 2.0 make it easy to see why Disney stopped selling this application after its Second Edition.
  • Role Reprise: Corey Burton very briefly reprises his role of General Knowledge in the Trivia entry for Cranium Command.
