- It's pretty much impossible to buy this book in America outside of the internet. Even when it was available on Amazon, it comes with an FBI warning on the cover. The book used to show up for sale at gun shows or via mail order in gun magazines, until they began banning Neo-Nazis.
- Outright banned in Canada, France, and (predictably) Germany.
- Defictionalization: What this book is perhaps the most notorious for; many white nationalists and other members of the militant far-right have killed in its name, assuming it to be a prophecy. Wikipedia lists several crimes and incidents
