- Keep It Foreign: Bob's first Lame Rhyme Dodge when he's rubbing Selma's feet has the languages reversed in both French dubs; "Your foot smells so good" in Europe, and "Your feet are beautiful" in Canada.
- What Could Have Been: The duet song of Bob and Selma was supposed to be "Don't Go Breakin' My Heart" by Elton John and Kiki Dee. Ultimately, they had a much easier time receiving clearance to use it from the former (who went on to guest star on the show years later), but they were unable to reach the latter.
