• Doing It for the Art: Bob Lennon stated that he would keep writing until he finished the series no matter how successful it is in the future, if only because he finds it interesting to do. His work as a streamer and youtuber his enough to bring food on the table, and he did not start writing in the hopes of it being that much of a success.
• Denial of Digital Distribution: When asked if he planned to make audiobooks out of the saga, Lennon pointed out that it would represent way too much work for now, especially since he prefers to be consulted on a number of aspects concerning his creations. However, he still gave his own idea of who the different voice actors would be.
• Flip-Flop of God: The author stated several times that if they already had a general idea of the story of each tomes, some details will envariably change.
• Trailer Delay: The book was initially supposed to be released in the end of August 2021, but following a number of problems (see Troubled Production) it ended up releasing in September of 2021 instead. Some goodies were not send until January of 2022.
• Troubled Production: Where to even begin ? Link Digital Spirits (the publishers) and Bob Lennon had to face a jarringly high amount of problems.
  • In March of 2020 the COVID crisis starts to impeach the production of the goodies supposed the backers were supposed to receive (the bags whose designs had previously been reworked)
  • Then the mold from which the axe broke, which made them lose a few more days.
  • Then they tried to group the goodies into a single container so that the shipping would be cheaper and more easily trackable. Unfortunately the crisis of the Canal of Suez started not long after that decision.
  • During all of that they did their damnedest not to send anything to the backers before the end of August as most backers would not have been home to receive it.
  • Seeing the way the situation in Suez was going, they decided to officially change the release date to September 2021.
  • During the summer holidays, they realized that most of the backers did not recieve the mail from Kiss Kiss Bank Bank supposed to inform them of the problems encountered.
  • Then the company supposed to make the bags cut ties with everyone it worked with.
  • Then the container did not arrive in the port it was supposed to reach. The shipping companye that was supposed to make sure it would arrive where it should in the state it should did not do its job either. Fortunately, another company came forward and announced they had received it.
  • They had to find a new company to make the bags.
  • In the end thay realised they decided to send what they could in September, so that the backers would at least get the book before it was released in bookstores, and the rest in January, due to increased shipping fees during Christmas period.
