- California Doubling: In this Anglo-German production, Munich doubles for London. Averted with the Italian honeymoon scenes, which were really filmed in Italy.
- Fake Brit: Most of the characters are supposed to be British, but the two leading actresses were both American, and much of the supporting cast was German. Of course, it's a silent film, so accents aren't a problem.
