• Never Work with Children or Animals: The crew were assured that the animal trainer could get the chickens to dance on cue, only for them to refuse to move during filming.
• Throw It In!: Gonzo's "Nice legs, though" as one of the chickens is leaving the room was improvised by Dave Goelz. The crew loved it and it led to Gonzo's attraction to chickens becoming a major part of his character.
