• What Could Have Been: Rarity was originally going to be a Happily Adopted orphan, thus explaining why she does so much charity work for that one particular orphanage. However, the author of that particular story changed their mind, and so instead made it that Rarity was just friendly with the orphans there, and heartbroken at seeing how little they had.
