• Missing Episode: A few dozen or so shows from the first six years are not officially archived, some having been deliberately taken down since they contained calls that were later commercially released. While many of them have been preserved and can be found online (if one knows where to look), there are at least six shows that are missing in their entirety while a couple more early shows can only be found in an edited state.
