• No Export for You: The serial was never released in Japan.
• Ret-Canon: The Batcave (known in the serial as "The Bat's Cave") debuted in the 1943 serial, along with Alfred's current look.

• What Could Have Been: The actor who played Tito Daka, J. Carrol Naish, was originally meant to play the Joker.
