- Development Hell: It was first meant to come out in 2008, but was delayed. Then, it was going to be out for the first 2009 tour and was delayed again. On Emilie's 30th birthday, a release date was set for October with people getting it mid-tour via VIP tickets. But it was delayed a third time due to problems with the printing press. It was finally released on December 15th.
