• Screwed by the Network: After publishing Terra and Terra's World back to back, Mitch Benn's publisher declined to publish his third book, leading to the series stalling until he decided to self-publish Terra's War in 2021 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic causing his options for paying live music and comedy work to dry up. He would later say that the publishers weren't happy about the sales of the first two books, which he put down to them being marketed as general SF, when he'd written them as YA SF.
