• Ascended Fanon: A weird, slightly meta example. Anise's claims that Van's power comes from his eyebrows to screw with Natalia became a meme in the fandom. In this series, they are heavily implied to be exactly that.
• Fake Nationality:
  • Fake American: Two instances. The first is Seraphim Swordmaster, the voice of Mieu. The second is The Pawt, who is Swedish and plays the Malkuth and Oracle soldiers.
  • Fake Russian: Cambrialovesanime, Legretta's voice actress.
• Throw It In!: Mieu's "Blink" line was a case of his voice actor reading his character's directions out loud.
• Word of Dante: What is fanon for the game is effectively canon in this series.
