• What Could Have Been:
  • A scene involving Kara and Lena happily talking on a bench with Lex watching them was the last scene filmed before filming was shut down in March 2020. The scene does not appear in the episode and writer Jay Faerber refuses to divulge what this scene would have meant.
  • This episode was originally the season 5 finale and the final episode on Katie McGrath's original 3 season contract. Many fans assumed or feared that Lena would leave the show in this episode (possibly even killed off). She survived the episode and Katie McGrath was then confirmed to be a regular for the final season.
