• Beam Me Up, Scotty!: Quite a few fans are unsure whether Blue Diamond says "A Lapis Lazuli?" or simply "Lapis Lazuli?". The latter is the correct one.
• The Cast Showoff: While Zach Callison's singing voice was already well-known, this episode is probably his most impressive performance; he hits E5 in the song's ending, a very difficult note to hit for a male.
• Spoiled by the Merchandise: In February 2018, 3D foam keyrings were showcased at the New York Toy Fair, three of them being Steven's, Ruby's, and Sapphire's wedding outfits.
• Trailers Always Spoil: Two months before the episode was released, an official Cartoon Network podcast/interview used clips of the following episode as B-Roll footage, spoiling two of this episode's major moments (Garnet getting back together and wearing her wedding rings, and Yellow and Blue Diamond's ceasefire with the Crystal Gems).
