• Deleted Scene: A deleted scene between Sheppard and Caldwell would've revealed that the IOA was dragging its feet on authorizing the rebuilding of the Midway Station following the Wraith attack. The invasion of the SGC and Wraith actually making it to Earth simply spooked them too badly.
