• Acting for Two: Jeffrey Combs plays both of the Weyouns.
• What Could Have Been: The original idea for this episode involved Sisko and Weyoun teaming up to destroy a new breed of Dominion soldier supposedly meant to replace the Jem'Hadar, only for Sisko to discover that Weyoun has been playing him and that the new Dominion race is actually meant to replace the Vorta. However, the writers decided it would be more interesting to do an "Odo and Weyoun roadshow" episode.
