Trivia / Space Rangers (1993)

Dueling Works: In 1993, the science fiction community was plunging headlong into the infamous DS9-B5 Wars. This was the largest front in a wave of high-profile sci-fi counter-programming sweeping the networks and syndication market (The X-Files, SeaQuest DSV and Lois & Clark all loudly trumpeted their debuts that fall). Not wanting to be left behind, CBS cast about for an entry into the race... and landed on this quirk of a series. Needless to say, in a race full of thoroughbreds, this little donkey finished a distant last.
