- Posthumous Credit: Mary Kay Bergman who voiced all of the female characters in the game committed suicide two months before it was released.
- What Could Have Been:
- The Dummied Out content revealed that South Park Elementary was going to be a track.
- Ike was supposed to be an item instead of a driver.
- A race mode called "Football" was meant to be in the game (Possibly for multiplayer mode). But it was cut for unknown reasons. Textures of the scrapped mode can be found in the game's files.
- Cut characters include Ms Crabtree, Chickenlover, Mr McCormick, Fat Abbott, and a clown driving a tractor. Ms Cartman, Mrs Broflovski, Scuzzlebutt and the alternate costumes can also be found in the data for the Nintendo 64 version, indicating they were meant to appear in that version as well as the other ones.
