Trivia / sora

  • Bad Export for You: Initially sora suffered from a terrible localization from an Internet troll posing as a professional independent video game publisher who purposefully use incorrect terms, gave characters unnecessary name changes, lied about the use of SecuROM DRM on its GamersGate store page, riddled with bugs, and changed the music that wasn't from DEKU. Fans of the SUGURI series even tried to petition the rights to be given to another publisher in an attempt to save the game, which sadly did not meet its signature requirements for years. This finally changed in 2015 when Fruitbat Factory reclaimed the rights to sora themselves and eventually released a faithful localization of the game in 2016.
  • Descended Creator: Although not in the game proper, hono did play a role in the Love Love Star Breaker audio drama along with Star Breaker's voice actress, Reina Toda.
  • Dummied Out: The initial release of sora had four unused music tracks in the game which involved birds chirping along with some calming music, few recognizable remixes of music from SUGURI, and a piano piece that stood out from the game's techno and trance soundtrack, all of which were eventually implemented into the game with the v1.1 update and used in Stage EX.
