• Blooper: During the ending title card, Bosko disappears for one frame while his dog barks.
• First Appearance: Of Honey. Bosko previously starred in an unreleased pilot.
• Pop-Culture Urban Legends: Rumors have circulated that the title card for this short was animated with the animals moving their mouths in sync to the respective sound effects. A 35mm print uploaded to YouTube confirmed this to be false.
• What Could Have Been: The cartoon was originally planned to be rereleased on Looney Tunes Golden Collection Vol. 2 as an extra, but for reasons unknown, it got bumped up to being an extra on Vol. 3 instead.
