• What Could Have Been: There are indications that "Get Up and Fight" was supposed to be released as a single, with a few album copies◊ having a sticker that say "including the hit: "Get Up and Fight" and a promotional CD that contains a version of it without Tove Lo's backing vocals through out the song.
